Like many great designers that I admire, I find that the tangible results of my work are a byproduct of process. I see product design as a process of continually learning the best ways to get users what they want. It is not a deliverable. This idea has guided my career in user experience and helped me create great work with amazing like-minded people.
When I’m not obsessing about design, I’m usually focusing on being a father or playing guitar.
